Web-based practice management software include scheduling, registration, Palm based charge entry, payor contract modeling, eligibility verification, scanning & image retrieval, patient ledgers, and management reports.




Claim Expert:
MDeverywhere`s rules engine includes 15 million payor-specific rules, which eliminate coding and demographic-related denials. In addition to eliminating denials, Claim Expert increases revenue by finding missing CPT codes.




Contract Expert:
The revenue cycle starts and ends with the contracts. We build a knowledge base that is practice-specific for each of our clients that includes fee schedules and all payment rules including service carve-outs, global fee periods, multiple surgery reductions, modifier multiples, code edits, site of service payment adjustments, and private payment rules. Position:
Onsite Account Manager





Onsite Account Manager MDeverywhere, Inc. is seeking an addition to its Account Management team. The Account Manager`s overall responsibility is to deliver exceptional Client Service to our clint in Bergen, NJ. Daily functions include, but are not limited to, the following:




Overseeing all aspects of client accounts


Assisting clients with billing, coding, revenue cycle management, insurance-related issues, and etc.





Requirements:





Prior Health Insurance, Medical Practice, or Revenue Cycle Management experience


Bachelor`s degree and 3-5 years experience in a Healthcare related field


Medical Manger Experience a Plus!


Must have excellent customer service, presentation, and oral and written communication skills


Must be highly proficient w/MS Office including Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel


Must be able to work flexible hours as needed


Must be able to professionally interact with all levels of management at both company and client

Reports to Senior Vice President of Operations




Location:
Bergen, NJ




Travel:
Home based office in hospital. Long Island office monthly




Salary:
